    Marnie is a C Suite, senior executive with 30+ years experience in strategy and planning, human resources, industrial relations, governance risk and safety, mergers & acquisitions, organisational change and leadership development.

    She has only ever designed and delivered her own leadership development programs and designed innovative solutions for transformational change with a proven ability to develop high performing cultures.

    She considers one of her achievements to be the development of a contemporary approach to people management and the coaching and development of many leaders to improve leadership effectiveness and business success and have gone on to hold significant leadership roles.

    Marnie holds the GAICD and has qualifications in law, human resources, industrial relations, strategy and change management. Marnie is a qualified Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Facilitator and an accredited Human Synergistics Facilitator.

She has developed and honed these skills working in a diverse range of fast-paced, regulated operational environments such as FMCG, retail, disability services, marine, rail, aviation and tourism and hospitality.

    With a high degree of commerciality, Nicole respects and understands the challenges and competing priorities of executives and senior managers and knows how to deliver the right outcomes for the set of circumstances.

    She is proud to be considered a highly trusted business advisor and coach, with the ability to provide a return on investment in human capital despite the challenges.

    Nicole holds qualifications in Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and is an accredited Human Synergistics Facilitator.
