Leadership Workshops & Short Courses

Our leadership workshop programs are highly customised and incorporate diagnostic tools to meet the specific learning needs of groups or individuals.  Delivered over 1, 2 or 3 day formats for small or large groups.

Our leadership short courses are intensive micro learning on specific topics designed to provide growth and development delivered in 2-4 hour formats.  

Leaders don't need to invest significant time to maintain the learning journey.

Workshops

  • One day per month for 6 months, this indepth program supports leaders to tap into the fundamentals of managing and leading and how to make a lasting difference in your approach using diagnostic tools and 360 feedback for individual and cultural impact. This is a deep dive into self, thinking and behaviour.

  • IQ, EQ, SQ, AQ. Leadership programs focus on EQ, but what about the rest? Our program consolidates the complete intelligence framework - thinking and behaviour. Intelligence, emotion, social and adversity for higher order leadership performance and success.

  • This program uses the globally recognised Human Synergistics LSI 1 and LSI 2* tool as the framework to provide awareness of self (EQ) and thinking style, and can be coupled with an awareness of behaviour (360 degree feedback) to connect how your thinking drives your behaviour. Use these insights to be a more aware and effective as a leader.

  • Our unconscious bias workshop aims to raise awareness about the existence and impact of unconscious biases while providing practical strategies to mitigate their effects. this workshop includes an overview of the cognitive processes contributing to unconscious bias - understanding how the brain forms stereotypes and categorises information; guide participants on self awareness and reflection to develop an awarenesses of own biases; and defines microaggressions and provide strategies for addressing and preventing microaggressions in the workplace.

  • The Situational Leadership® methodology is focussed on relationship and provides a framework to analyse each situation based on the Performance Readiness® model. Great leaders know how to adapt leading and managing styles to meet individual needs.

  • Traditional leadership training talks too much about respect in a master servant way. We talk about likability as the key to respect. We chuck out the old thinking and show that authenticity, empathy, shared vision and values and higher order communication will foster healthier professional relationships where employees will want to follow you.

  • We don't really play the gender card but we recognise the need for those who identify as female to continue to push the boundaries. As women ourselves, we have developed a program based on our own experiences of smashing the biases and barriers to be highly influential.

  • Knowing the difference is critical. We take you back to basics and ensure you identify when and why to manage and when and why to lead with a mental model that will change the way you plan, organise, lead and inspire whilst getting things done and developing people along the way.
